How do I make an appointment?
We have five sites of service and 16 physicians in our practice. Our main telephone number is (919) 781-7070. Our receptionist will be able to tell you the closest site of service to your home. It would be helpful to have your physician make the referral for you so we can get your medical records from his or her office.

How do I deal with insurance claims for office visits?
Our office will prepare and submit your insurance claim for all office visits and in-office procedures. If you have Medicare or participate with an HMO or PPO, such as Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross, etc., we will file for you. Since we accept assignment on Medicare claims, the payment will be made directly to the office. Some supplement plans will be automatically crossed over by Medicare and the payment will be made directly to the office.

How do I file insurance claims?
All claims filing is handled through our regional business office in Raleigh, NC. They will file up to two insurances (three if the third is Medicaid or HMO) for you. In addition, they can supply a completed claim form for you to file a third insurance. Every effort is made to supply correct information to the insurance company, however, it is the patient's ultimate responsibility to see that services are paid.

What if I don't have insurance coverage?
If you have no insurance we request you see our office manager or financial counselor and set up a payment schedule. It is advisable to discuss this situation with your physician since there are many ways he may be able to get help with the medications to treat you. There are other agencies that provide limited assistance if application is made prior to treatment. We can help you get in contact with these agencies.
