A Rich History, An Evolved Approach to Care
Cancer Centers of North Carolina is a full-service oncology practice consisting of 17 physicians, nine physician extenders,
OCN-Oncology Certified Nurses, a progressive laboratory and a friendly administrative staff.
Dr. William R. Berry opened the practice on June 1, 1979, as Raleigh Hematology Oncology. Our medical oncologists
at the Raleigh practice, located at 4101 Macon Pond Road, are Doctors William Berry, Elizabeth Campbell,
Roy Cromartie, Alan Kritz, Cassandra Moore, Stephen Tremont, Virgil Rose, Mark Yoffe, and Scott Meredith.
Our radiation oncologists are Doctors John Reilly and Kolby Sidhu.
In 1995, the practice affiliated with US Oncology, a national healthcare services network that provides our practice with
management, facilities,
administration, technical support and ancillary services necessary to maintain a network of oncology care.
In February of 1999, we opened the Cary practice located at 216 Ashville Ave. Doctors Charles Eisenbeis, Maha Elkordy,
P.J. Singh are full-time oncologists at this site, located in the medical park adjacent to Western Wake Medical Center.
In August of 1999, we opened the North Raleigh practice at 10010 Falls of Neuse, Suite 203. Doctors Neeraj Agrawal, Margaret Deutsch, and Robert Wehbie are the medical oncologists seeing patients at this office.

Today, with our facility in Raleigh, Cancer Centers of North Carolina is offers the Triangle truly comprehensive community cancer care. Our linear accelerator offers the most advanced radiation available. And the many features of the office, including the generous floor space, a wider range of services, easy accessibility and on-site parking, make it both patient-friendly and state-of-the-art.
Our physicians continue to work closely with Wake Medical Center, Western Wake Medical Center, Rex Hospital, and Duke Health Raleigh Hospital. We contract with most insurance carriers in the area, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medcost, United Health Care, Medicare and Medicaid.
We remain committed to satisfaction and quality care for our patients and their families, providing them with educational materials and teaching videos. Through our Quality Assurance Program, we continuously review our internal processes to meet the needs of our patients. Our goal is to remain an integral part of the community healthcare delivery system. Quality of care is a perception of quality of service; we are dedicated to providing both quality and care.
