Before joining Cancer Centers of North Carolina in 2005, Dr. Singh practiced with UNC Cary Oncology for five years and served as clinical associate professor of hematology-oncology, UNC School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. Prior to that, he was assistant professor of medicine at East Carolina University School of Medicine. Dr. Singh is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the North Carolina Medical Society. Dr. Singh completed his medical degree at HP Medical College in Shimla, HP, India. He completed his residency in primary care/internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Singh then completed a fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the Vincent T. Lombardi Cancer Research Center at Georgetown University Medical Center.
