Before joining Cancer Centers of North Carolina in 2005, Dr. Singh practicedwith UNC Cary Oncology for five years and served as clinical associate professorof hematology-oncology, UNC School of Medicine in Chapel Hill. Prior to that,he was assistant professor of medicine at East Carolina University School ofMedicine. Dr. Singh is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology,the American Society of Hematology and the North Carolina Medical Society. Dr.Singh completed his medical degree at HP Medical College in Shimla, HP, India.He immigrated to the United States in 1987 and completed his residency in primarycare/internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey,St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ. Dr. Singh then completed a fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the Vincent T. Lombardi Cancer ResearchCenter at Georgetown University Medical Center.
