Dr. Rose graduated from the
University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He received
his doctorate from
the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine
in Oklahoma City. Dr. Rose obtained his residency
in internal medicine at the University of Oklahoma
Health Sciences Center. He completed fellowships
in oncology-hematology at Northwestern University
in Chicago and in clinical coagulation and
hematology at the University of North Carolina.
Dr. Rose worked at Joliet Medical Group, Ltd.
in Joliet, IL, and at Raleigh Internal Medicine
Associates, PA, before joining Cancer Centers
of North Carolina in 1999. Dr. Rose's many
certifications include the National Board of
Medical Examiners, American Board of Internal
Medicine, American Board of Internal Medicine
in Medical Oncology, Advanced Cardiac Life
Support and the American Board of Internal
Medicine in Hematology. He is also a member
of the American Society of Clinical Oncology,
the American Society of Hematology and the
North Carolina Medical Society.
