A graduate of the University
of Pennsylvania, Dr. Kritz received his doctorate
from Washington
University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
He completed an internship and residency in
internal medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian
Medical Center in New York and a fellowship
in Medical Oncology-Hematology at Memorial
Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. For four years,
Dr. Kritz was on the faculty of Dartmouth Hitchcock
Medical Center as an assistant professor and
served as an attending physician in bone marrow
transplants and hematology. He then joined
North Carolina Oncology Associates, where he
developed an outpatient stem cell transplant
program. Dr. Kritz is board certified in hematology,
medical oncology and internal medicine, and
he is a member of the American Societies of
Hematology and Clinical Oncology.
