Dr. Elkordy has practiced with CCNC since 1997 . She received her bachelor
of science degree from North Carolina State University, and Masters of
Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in
1984. Thereafter she went on to graduate from the University of North
Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Medicine. She completed her fellowship in
hematology and oncology at Duke University Medical Center. From there she
began working as Administrative Director of the Outpatient Bone Marrow
Transplant Clinic at Duke University Medical Center. She also served as
assistant clinical professor in the department of medicine . She is
board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology.
